Power Vinyasa Flow

Our True North Power Vinyasa class is our signature heated (hot yoga) class, times vary by 60 or 75 minutes. Classes are based on intelligent sequencing, supporting the ability for students to integrate from their day into their practice, then advancing through an invigorating and challenging progression that maximizes both the physical and mental benefits of the practice. Students of all levels of experience are welcome, - beginners, intermediate and advanced and options are given to both modify and intensify poses.

Vin Yin

The best of both yoga worlds! This class begins with our True North Power Vinyasa flow, warming up and grounding your body in the yang style of yoga. Yang yoga focuses on muscles and strength, while Yin yoga targets deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. The second half of this class shifts focus and pace, allowing students to experience a deeper level of stretch. This all in one class offering supports the multi-faceted needs of your body and mind.

Power Sculpt

Power Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga, core training and cardio. Upbeat and challenging, Power Sculpt classes are designed to strengthen your yoga practice, keep you moving, and get you motivated.

Mix up your yoga practice by incorporating weights (optional) and strength training moves. Please bring your own weights.

Power Express

True North Power Vinyasa 45 minute flow! Classes are based on intelligent sequencing, supporting the ability for students to integrate from their day into their practice, then advancing through an invigorating and challenging progression that maximizes both the physical and mental benefits of the practice. Students of all levels of experience are welcome, - beginners, intermediate and advanced and options are given to both modify and intensify poses. This class is suitable for all levels!  Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced yogis!

Candlelit Yin

While power “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.  During this 60 minute YIN class you’ll learn to slow down your mind and body with intentional, long holds of poses aimed at building a full body range of motion.  Each pose works to promote the mobility and overall health of the muscles and connective tissues surrounding them.
